It's horrible. Just raw chilli. Won't recommend
I’ve only tried it on chicken but it has a wonderful spicy sweet taste. I’ll never leave it off chicken again
Aha, it's very hot so I'm using it in chile and similar recipes not on individual dinnersIt has a peppery heat unlike typical hot sauces. This is a different type of heat ..... And I like it!!!!
Love this spice. I had never heard of it until a month or so ago when an African American chef used it in his meat preparation on a cooking show. All the judges raved about the flavor. And, I must too.Suya is definitely something Americans should put in their spice cupboard. It is deeply aromatic and lovely flavor that hits right. There IS heat to this spice. Its a bang for a few seconds than sits wonderfully on the tongue. It never overpowers but lifts the flavors of every dish it's in. Highly recommend
Taste so good
